Issue from the panel, invite once and the document reaches each driver's phone on its own. You see the status of every document at a glance; they get zero friction on the road.
The trial runs 7 days and covers 1 vehicle — just enough to issue your first real document.
How it works
Drivers and trucks from the web panel. Team roles so each traffic manager only touches what is theirs.
Each driver gets a link and pairs their phone. From then on, the document reaches their mailbox on its own.
The signature status of every document, at a glance — and an alert the moment it is opened and the moment it is signed. Without chasing anyone.
Why fleets choose it
Every document is kept for the year the law requires. No filing cabinet, no boxes, no digging for the one from eight months ago.
Green once every signature is in, amber while one is missing. You see it without opening a single file.
You know when each document was opened and when it was signed. Fewer calls, less uncertainty.
The sums, straight, no tricks
Paper looks free because nobody adds up what it really costs: the sheets are the least of it — it is the time spent printing, handing out, chasing signatures and filing. Add it up here with your own numbers. Ours carry their source at the foot, so you don't have to take our word for it.
Adjust the numbers above.
Issuing with DeCMR takes time too, and here it is charged for. What disappears is not typing the document: it is printing it, handing it out, chasing the signature, sorting it, filing it and putting the pack together for your accountant. Swap the minutes for your own — if you reckon paper takes you less, lower them and see what comes out.
Where our numbers come from — and which ones are yours: laser printing, 2–5 cents a page and ink 8–15 (2026 analysis, in Spanish); with the 2–3 copies every document needs, ~10 cents a doc · paper, ~1 cent a sheet (€3.35–6 a ream of 500) · pre-printed pads, €0.40–1 a set (public prices) · labour cost: the INE, Spain's statistics office, puts it at €24.88 per hour actually worked (ETCL, Q1 2026) — our €15 default sits well below it on purpose · the minutes per document and the hours with your accountant have no official statistic: they are our own assumptions, deliberately low, and that is why they are editable fields — put yours in.
What we have not put into the sums, and also costs money: the space the archive takes up and its boxes, the certified destruction once the year is up, the trip to get the document to the driver who left it in the other truck, and the time spent redoing the one that got lost or came back illegible. Nor the risk: a minimum fine (€401) is several months of service — and from 5 October, paper is no longer valid under Spanish law.
When one of your trucks is kept waiting for hours at a loading bay, the Spanish transport contract act (Ley 15/2009) grants compensation for that delay. In practice almost nobody claims it, and the reason is always the same: you have to prove what time it arrived and what time it left, and the driver's word against the shipper's is not evidence.
Every signature on your document carries its stamped time — and the place, if the driver chooses to switch that on when signing. That is what turns an argument into a claim. And if one day a vehicle of yours is immobilised, the stamped document proves what existed and since when, which is the basis of any appeal.
A single delay actually charged pays for months of service. We do not know where your truck is — there is no tracking, and we do not want any: what we keep is when each document was signed, which is exactly what you will be asked for.
Where the signal does not reach
Many tools in this sector depend on a link the driver opens in a browser. That works while there is coverage — and the Guardia Civil, Spain's roads police, runs its checks on mountain passes, industrial estates and logistics basements. Our app keeps the document stored on the phone: the QR code goes full screen even with no bars at all.
And we cover the occasional or subcontracted driver hired for a single run too: our public document URL works without installing anything. The app is for whoever drives with you every week; the link, for whoever passes through once.
